Top picks from the VC x Briyonce Collection
Veiled Collection is one of my favorite US-based online modesty boutiques for it’s unique take on minimalist, modest contemporary fashion. VC is at it again, this time releasing a beautiful capsule collection in collaboration with modest fashionista Brianna (IG: @justbriyonce). The collection features three satin maxi skirts in black, dusty rose, and champagne, as well as two elegant balloon-sleeved blouses in complementary colors. I love that customers can mix and match any skirt from the collection with either blouse to achieve the look of this mini-collection with effortless ease and sensible style. Here are my top picks:
Of the three color selections for the satin maxi skirt, my top pick is dusty rose! This color is the new classic color of today’s trendy woman. Dusty rose exudes confidence, femininity, and contemporary style. Kudos to VC x Briyonce for serving us a satin skirt in a maxi length, because today’s trendy satin skirts are commonly carried in tea length (mid-shin), making it more difficult for women to wear them who cover their legs. I immediately fell in love with the whole collection, even without seeing all the pieces, from a single glance at this top in Veiled Collection’s IG stories leading to today’s launch! Veiled Collection excels at their ability to convey attainable luxury by offering excellent fabrics and cuts at a very affordable price. This muddled mauve is a balanced, warm blend of purple and brown, and the fabric has the perfect amount of sheen to compliment the satin skirts. The beautiful sleeves add volume while remaining sleek, and are a stylish way to loosely cover the arms. Pairing the dusty rose satin skirt with the Aria blouse was a perfect styling choice, making this whole look my top pairing for this collection.
